A talk with Lindsey

A talk with Lindsey

This is a special blog post which includes our conversation with Lindsey Heiserman who is a personal trainer and life coach. Lindsey has more than 10 years of experience and we became a client of Lindsey several years ago. She was our personal trainer at Relative Strength in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

Lindsey led a group of us in workouts to increase our body strength and cardio fitness. In addition to running, these workouts were great cross-training.  She is a very special person who made it fun to work out.

Lindsey is a runner, a Tough Mudder enthusiast and participates in other crazy fitness events. She has always been an inspiration to us. You can find her blog and podcasts here.

In this podcast, Lindsey asked us how we created and implemented our retirement plan of full-time travel and how our plan has played out over the last eight months. We provided a link of this podcast on Facebook several weeks ago but we wanted to share it with all of you. You can listen to the podcast here

Thank you, Lindsey, for being an inspiration and (I hate to admit) making us work out so hard on the prowler.

I miss our non-work related discussions so I have found your blog posts enjoyable for their insight.
